The Integrated Export Trading Company (IETC) framework is a research-driven model designed to streamline cross-border trade between U.S.-based manufacturers and Gulf markets. It combines regulatory compliance, logistics, risk management, and relationship building into a single operational framework. Unlike traditional trading houses, the IETC framework emphasises end-to-end accountability – from verifying export licences under U.S. regulations (e.g., EAR/ITAR) to ensuring final delivery to clients in the GCC.

Future Work
- Version 3 – Operational Model (planned for 2026/2027):
The next release will document the application of the IETC framework in real trading projects. It will include case studies, performance metrics, and refined procedures based on field data. We intend to submit this work to IEEE or a comparable peer-reviewed venue. - Version 4 – Final Model (future):
After extensive testing, the final version will consolidate all findings and offer a full blueprint for organisations wishing to adopt the IETC model.
