⏰ Our 14 -Day Return Policy
We proudly offer a 14-day return and refund policy. If 14 days have passed since your buy, unfortunately, we can’t offer a refund or exchange.
✅ Eligible Returns
Your item must be unused. It must be in the same condition you received it. The item must also be in its original packaging to qualify for a return.
🚫 Non-Returnable Items
Some items can’t be returned due to their nature, including but not limited to:
• Perishable items (e.g. food, flowers)
• Newspapers or magazines
• Intimate or sanitary products
• Hazardous materials, flammable liquids or gases
• Gift cards
• Downloadable software
• Certain health and personal care items
📄 Proof of Buy
To process your return, we need a valid receipt or proof of buy.
Do not send your items back to the manufacturer.
🔍 Partial Refunds (if applicable)
Partial refunds will be granted under these circumstances:
• Books with obvious signs of use
• Opened CDs, DVDs, VHS tapes, software, video games, cassettes, or vinyl records
• Items not in their original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons outside of our control
• Returns initiated after 30 days of delivery
💵 How Refunds Are Processed
Once we get and inspect your return, we’ll send you a confirmation email.
If approved, your refund will be credited automatically to your original payment method within a few business days.

If you haven’t received your refund after a few days:

🛍️ Sale Items
Only regular-priced items can be refunded.
Sale items can’t be refunded.
🔄 Exchanges
We only replace items if they arrive defective or damaged.

🎁 Gifts
If your item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, you’ll get a gift credit. This credit is for the return. Once the return is received and inspected, a gift certificate will be emailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift, the refund will go to the purchaser. The gift-giver had it shipped to themselves. They will be notified.
📦 Return Shipping
You are responsible for covering your return shipping costs. Shipping charges are non-refundable. If you get a refund, return shipping will be deducted from your refund amount.
Depending on your location, the time it will take for your exchanged product to reach you will vary.
💡 Tip: For expensive items, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We can’t guarantee receipt of your returned item.
